Is the Treatment Wallet finance?
No, the Treatment Wallet does not offer credit or lending options. Instead, it allows you to create your own balance through monthly payments, which can be used towards eligible future aesthetics treatment plans as part of your skin treatment membership with flexible payment options.
Can I have a membership and a Treatment Wallet?
Yes. The two options are distinct, allowing you to keep your skin treatment membership while also contributing towards other eligible aesthetics treatment plans with flexible payment options.
What happens if I cancel my Treatment Wallet?
You can cancel your monthly Direct Debit for your skin treatment membership at any time, in line with the Treatment Wallet terms. Any balance already paid into your Treatment Wallet will remain available for use towards eligible aesthetics treatment plans, subject to the applicable terms and validity period.
