L’AMORE SIGNATURE SKIN MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Signature Skin Memberships are designed to make regular, professional skin care simple, consistent and more affordable.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before joining. By signing up for a L’amore Signature Skin Membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

All treatments remain subject to consultation, clinical assessment, suitability, contraindications and appointment availability.

1. MEMBERSHIP PLANS

L’amore Aesthetics offers three Signature Skin Membership options:

L’AMORE GLOW — £65 per month
Includes:
• Skin Analysis on joining
• 1 x Dermaplane monthly
• 1 x Facial monthly
• 1 x LED Therapy monthly

L’AMORE RADIANCE — £90 per month
Includes:
• Skin Analysis on joining
• 1 x Dermaplane monthly
• 1 x LED Therapy monthly
• 1 x Medical-Grade Chemical Peel monthly

L’AMORE RENEWAL — £125 per month
Includes:
• Skin Analysis on joining
• 1 x Dermaplane monthly
• 1 x advanced skin treatment per month, such as Microneedling or Radio Frequency, according to your personalised treatment plan and clinical suitability
• LED Therapy where clinically appropriate

Treatments and treatment frequency may be adjusted where clinically appropriate. Your safety and the suitability of treatment will always take priority over membership entitlement.

2. HOW YOUR MEMBERSHIP WORKS

Your Signature Skin Membership provides an ongoing programme of professional skin treatments for a fixed monthly payment.

Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared, exchanged or sold to another person.

All treatments remain subject to these Terms & Conditions, consultation, clinical assessment, contraindications, suitability and appointment availability.

3. MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Membership fees are collected monthly by Direct Debit.

You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your nominated account. If a payment fails or is declined, your membership and access to membership treatments may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment has been received.

Membership prices may occasionally change. Where this happens, reasonable advance notice will be provided.

4. BOOKING & UNUSED TREATMENTS

Membership treatments must be booked in advance and remain subject to appointment availability.

Treatments should normally be used within the relevant membership period. Unused monthly treatments do not normally roll over indefinitely and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or refunded.

L’amore Aesthetics may exercise reasonable discretion in exceptional circumstances.

5. CONSULTATION & CLINICAL SUITABILITY

Every treatment provided by L’amore Aesthetics remains subject to consultation, clinical assessment, relevant medical history, contraindications and individual suitability.

Being a member does not automatically mean that every treatment included within your membership will be suitable for you at every appointment.

Where a particular treatment is not clinically appropriate, L’amore Aesthetics may postpone, modify or recommend a suitable alternative treatment where appropriate.

Clinical safety will always take priority over membership entitlement.

6. TREATMENT-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Medical-grade chemical peels, microneedling, radio frequency and other advanced treatments remain subject to their individual consultation, contraindication, treatment interval and clinical requirements.

Treatment strength, product, protocol, frequency and intensity may vary according to your skin condition, treatment history, individual goals and professional assessment.

Membership does not guarantee a particular product, peel, strength, device, treatment intensity or treatment outcome.

7. TREATMENT RESULTS

Individual responses to aesthetic and skin treatments vary.

L’amore Aesthetics cannot guarantee a particular treatment result or outcome. Treatment recommendations will be based upon professional assessment, your individual skin concerns and clinical suitability.

8. CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule a membership appointment.

Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or where you fail to attend your appointment, the booked membership treatment may be treated as used.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of L’amore Aesthetics.

9. MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP TERM

All L’amore Signature Skin Memberships have an initial minimum term of six months from the membership start date.

By joining, you agree to make the applicable monthly membership payments throughout the initial six-month minimum term.

After the initial six-month period, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

10. CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

During the initial six-month minimum term, your membership cannot normally be cancelled except where required by law or where L’amore Aesthetics agrees to cancellation because of exceptional circumstances.

After completing the initial six-month term, you may cancel by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.

Cancellation requests should be sent to info@lamoreaesthetics.co.uk.

Payments falling due during your notice period remain payable.

Cancelling your Direct Debit with your bank does not itself cancel your membership. You must also notify L’amore Aesthetics in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any outstanding sums properly due remain payable.

11. COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Where you enter into your membership online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period beginning from the date the membership contract is entered into.

If you request treatment or membership services during this period, you may be required to pay for services already supplied before cancellation, where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

12. PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

In exceptional circumstances, such as pregnancy, significant illness or another circumstance that temporarily prevents you from receiving treatments, you may request a membership pause.

Requests will be considered individually. Any agreed pause, including its duration and effect on the minimum membership term, will be confirmed in writing.

13. CANCELLATION BY L’AMORE AESTHETICS

L’amore Aesthetics may suspend or terminate a membership where there is persistent non-payment, misuse of membership benefits, abusive or inappropriate behaviour, a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where continuation is considered inappropriate or unsafe.

Where reasonably possible, we will contact you before terminating your membership.

14. TREATMENT WALLET

The L’amore Treatment Wallet and Signature Skin Membership are separate services.

Money held within your Treatment Wallet may be used towards eligible additional treatments but does not normally replace your monthly Signature Skin Membership payment.

The Treatment Wallet is governed by its own separate Treatment Wallet Terms & Conditions.

15. PREGNANCY, MEDICATION & CHANGES IN HEALTH

You must inform L’amore Aesthetics of any relevant changes to your health, pregnancy status, medication, medical conditions, allergies or other circumstances that may affect treatment suitability.

Treatments may need to be modified, postponed or substituted where clinically appropriate.

16. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS & OFFERS

Membership benefits, discounts and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and availability.

Unless specifically stated, membership discounts or benefits cannot normally be combined with another promotion or offer.

17. DIRECT DEBIT

Membership Direct Debits are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee where applicable.

Cancelling a Direct Debit instruction does not automatically cancel your membership contract or any payment obligation already due under these Terms & Conditions.

18. CONSUMER RIGHTS & CONTACT

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any statutory rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
