Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments, consultations, treatments, services and purchases made with L’amore Aesthetics, a sole trader operating from Llwyn Coch, Broadlands, Bridgend, CF31 5BJ.

By booking an appointment or receiving a treatment or service from L’amore Aesthetics, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing within these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

 All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking and during consultation.

A consultation and suitability assessment may be required before treatment. L’amore Aesthetics reserves the right to decline, postpone or modify a treatment where it is considered unsuitable, unsafe or not in the client's best interests.

Certain treatments, including prescription-only treatments, may require an appropriate face-to-face consultation and prescribing assessment before treatment can proceed.

A £30 holding fee is required to secure an appointment unless otherwise stated. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required holding fee has been received.

The holding fee will normally be deducted from the cost of your treatment. Where an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled or missed outside the terms of our cancellation policy, the holding fee may be retained.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, or where a client fails to attend an appointment, the £30 holding fee may be retained and a new holding fee may be required before another appointment can be booked.

Where L’amore Aesthetics needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, your holding fee will be transferred to the rearranged appointment or refunded where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce the time available for your consultation or treatment.

Where there is insufficient time to carry out the treatment safely and to the appropriate standard, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. In these circumstances, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and a new holding fee may be required.

Certain treatments require consultation and assessment with an appropriately qualified prescriber before treatment can be provided.

Prescription-only medicines will only be prescribed where clinically appropriate following an individual assessment. Booking or paying for an appointment does not guarantee that a prescription or treatment will be provided.

Where required for a first-time prescription treatment, an appropriate consultation and 48-hour cooling-off period will be observed before treatment.

Before treatment, you must provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, medications, allergies, previous treatments and any other information relevant to your care. You must inform L’amore Aesthetics if this information changes.

Treatment will only proceed where it is considered appropriate following consultation and assessment. Informed consent will be obtained where required. L’amore Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where proceeding would not be considered safe or appropriate.

Aesthetic treatments can produce different results for different individuals and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Expected benefits, potential risks, side effects, limitations and alternatives will be discussed where appropriate before treatment.

Some treatments may require a course of treatment, maintenance appointments or time for the final result to develop. The need for additional treatment does not necessarily indicate that the original treatment was unsuccessful.

Clients are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided by L’amore Aesthetics. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results and increase the risk of complications.

If you experience an unexpected reaction, complication or concern following treatment, please contact L’amore Aesthetics as soon as possible so that appropriate advice, assessment or onward referral can be arranged where necessary.

Treatment prices will be confirmed at the time of booking or consultation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on or before the day treatment is provided.

Payments may be accepted through providers including Stripe, Worldpay, Klarna and Clearpay. Where a third-party payment or finance provider is used, their own terms and eligibility requirements will also apply.

Refunds will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law. Once a treatment or service has been provided, a refund will not normally be available simply because a client changes their mind or because an individual result differs from expectations. This does not affect your statutory rights where a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill or where you otherwise have a legal right to a remedy.

 L’amore Aesthetics Signature Skin Memberships and the L’amore Treatment Wallet are subject to separate Terms & Conditions in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where specific Membership or Treatment Wallet Terms & Conditions apply to those services, those specific terms will take precedence in relation to that service. 

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or service, please contact L’amore Aesthetics as soon as possible so that your concerns can be reviewed and an appropriate response provided.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
