Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Options
I offer Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum monthly membership plans. Each plan includes specific treatments and exclusive benefits as outlined in my current membership brochure.
2. Payments
Payments are collected monthly via direct debit/recurring card payment. The first payment is taken on the day you join, and then automatically every month thereafter. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate funds are available in your account.
3. Contract Length
Memberships can be taken as:
12-Month Plan – minimum commitment of 12 months. Early cancellation may incur fees equivalent to treatments already received.
A minimum term of 3 months applies to all plans.
Rolling Monthly – cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
4. Cancellations & Pauses
To cancel, you must provide 30 days’ written notice (email or letter). Memberships may be paused for medical reasons (e.g., pregnancy, illness) with supporting documentation. Paused months do not count toward your 12-month contract if applicable.
5. Booking & Treatment Usage
Treatments included in your plan must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Treatments must be used within the month; they cannot be carried forward unless agreed in writing. Additional treatments outside of your plan will be charged at standard rates, minus any member discount.
6. Discounts & Perks
Discounts (10%, 15%, 20%) apply only to treatments listed and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated. Birthday and loyalty perks are non-transferable and must be redeemed within 3 months of being offered.
7. Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable. If you cancel before completing your contract, any treatments already received at member rates may be charged at standard price, and the balance will be due.
8. Amendments
The Aesthetics Nurse reserves the right to update membership pricing or benefits. Members will be notified with at least 30 days’ notice before changes take effect.
